Magnesium gel is perfect for strength or endurance exercises with increased sweating. It helps not to lower the performance and to avoid cramps, muscular pains and cardiovascular alterations.

  • Envelopes of 25mg.

  • COMBINATION

  • 1 dose before bedtime as a muscle relaxant on physically demanding days

  • Sporadic supplementation: 1 dose before and/or during exercise to prevent cramps

  • Preparation for long distance competitions: 1 dose during the 5 previous days

  • During competition: Between 1 and 3 shots of magnesium depending on physical wear and sweating.
