This energy bar has been elaborated with more than 39g of oats to be highly energetic. Long lasting energy, being 66.5% of the total calories provided by carbohydrates. It does not contain chocolate so it is more digestible and low in fat, and 58% of the fat it contains is of vegetable origin. Ideal to take before intense and prolonged efforts.
